Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS AND POLICIES WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. PAYMENT METHODS: I accept any card, Apple Pay, cash, Venmo DEPOSITS ✿ A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking. This will go towards the total of your service. ✿ You must reschedule no later than 36 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. If you decide to reschedule less than 36 hours, this will result in a deposit loss and you will need a new deposit to rebook. LATE POLICY ✿ Due to back to back appointments, I have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes *with no communication* the appointment will need to be cancelled with a no show cancellation fee of 100% of the services that were booked. ✿ If you are unable to make the grace period, I will have to charge 50% of the services booked & you will need to reschedule. This will be noted in the client file for future reference. ✿ Please contact me if you are going to be a few minutes late. It is very much appreciated! CANCELLATION POLICY ✿ If you need to cancel for any reason, please cancel 36 hours in advance! This way it will be easier for me to reschedule you as well as give someone else an opportunity to book a service. ✿ If you cancel in less than 36 hours, this will result in a deposit loss and you will need a new deposit to rebook. You will be charged 50% of the services booked. ✿ No call, no show - You will be charged 100% of services booked and this may result in being blocked from booking future services. ✿ Card on file will not be charged for any reason unless the policy is violated. Feel free to message me for any questions! 😘 BOOKING INFORMATION ✿ I understand that my booking website may be a little confusing! Please DM or message me for any questions! Incorrect booking can set back appointments due to time or may result in your own appointment loss. ✿ If you need a BOX DYE REMOVAL or Chelating treatment, it MUST be booked. If you arrive to your appointment and need a removal, but did not book the service, it may result in appointment loss due to timing. ✿ If I do have time to squeeze in the removal during your service, you will be charged for the full price of a removal as well as the services you booked. ✿ PLEASE reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. Please DM me or message me and I will happily rebook your appointment. ✿ If perhaps you wanted more cut off, there’s a 4 day grace period to come back. All services are final. There will be NO refunds. ✿ NO smoking in the studio. Vaping is ok, as long as it’s not excessive. ✿ I will not remove foreign hair extensions, or nails. If getting nails done this includes acrylic, dip, builder gel or gel extensions from previous services that were not performed by me. ✿ Damaged nails will require a consultation prior to performing a service. This add on MUST be booked if you believe that your nails are too damaged for the service you want to book. You will not be charged for services that cannot be performed. ✿ If you would like to book an appointment before or after business hours, if approved, I require an additional $40.00 fee.
